A Christmas Thought

On this cold and fun Christmas morning, we'd like to share our introspection of self contentment with all of you ... Whether you decide to embrace happiness or not, it's often a matter of choice ...

Don't base your sense of emotions on what your able to acquire at a particular moment, instead we'd like to proposal this to you ...

 

1. Ask the Lord in Prayer to teach you how to appreciate what you have.
2. Try to learn from your mistakes and don't rest your head on pillows full of acidity.
3. Most of all, never stop thanking the Lord for everything that comes your way; because when you least expect, our Heavenly Father will bless your life in unexpected ways.

James 1:17 ~ Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights with whom there is no variation or shadow due to change.

Vibrant & New

Everyday God places something vibrant and new in my heart ... Before, during and after that  moment,  I'm even more grateful and appreciative  to the Lord because I continue to  see the manner in which he's motivating the men, women and youths all over the world; to  step out of their comfort zones and the 4 walls of the Church to in order to  do his work ...

Helping society comprehend that they should abandon their immoral lifestyles is what our Heavenly Father has called his children to do ... That's why every chance the Lord blesses me with, I have to remind everyone that crosses my path this ... 

Matthew 10:32-33

32. So everyone who acknowledges me before men, I also will acknowledge before my Father who is in heaven,

33. But whoever denies me before men, I also will deny before my Father who is in heaven.

Listen up everyone, because this is what God is doing for each and everyone of us. Our Heavenly Father is perpetually teaching and reminding us how not to give up ...

Joshua 1:9 ~ Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.

It's obvious that certain situations in our life's are a series of actions that entails lots of healthy frolic and sometimes exasperating stuff ...

Jeremiah 29:11 ~ For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.

Therefore, don't waste any time or lose sleep over past futile issues that can't be undone ...

16. Make the best use of your time. These are sinful days. 17. Do not be foolish. Understand what the Lord wants you to do.

On the other hand, contemplate this? If you allow Jesus Christ to make a debut in your life, we guarantee you that he'll transform it beyond your expectations ...

 2 Corinthians 5:17 ~ This means that anyone who belongs to Christ has become a new person. The old life is gone; a new life has begun!

By way of loving pep talks and biblical know how alone the way, you'll soon see things through a different leans. Lastly, if you merge the desires of the Lord with yours, you'll end up with this ...

An Elated Feeling

I'm so elated to say and not in a coy way, that I appreciate the manner in which our Heavenly Father continues to ameliorate the hearts and clear the paths of his Daughters and Sons so that they're not constrained mentally or physically from achieving their dreams ...

Thank you Lord for granted your Children the opportunity to be able to  freely seek your  presence more and more everyday. No matter what goes on in your life's or who rolls their eyes along the way ... GOD Bless all of you for not being afraid to Glorify his Holy name ...

We serve a God that feels this way when we don't allow anything to get in the way of our daily Praise ...

Sowing & Reaping

When we give God more of our time and refrain from quarreling with siblings, friends and strangers regarding preposterous stuff, then we have countless opportunities to perceive what the Lord expects of us ... On account of, we're not allowing our problems, worries or personal issues to predetermine our concept on life or drown us in a sea of misery either ... 

Instead we're going to toss aside those pessimistic thoughts that camouflage themselves as Heavenly logic and substitute them for optimistic concepts that have been nesting in the backs of our minds,  awaiting to emerge for some time ... By doing this, the Alpha and Omega is Glorified, we're more sensitive to the needs of others and without a doubt the blossoming of a Jesus Christ metamorphosis will spring into action during the most compelling storms of our life's ... Thus, let's take a leap of Faith and partake of this Bible verse from now on?

Luke 6:38 ~ Give and it will be given to you. Good measure, pressed down, shaken together, running over, will be put into your lap. For with the measure you use it will be measured back to you.

Something 2 Ponder,

The Lord's Overseers ...

During the day I'm blessed to say that my husband and I set aside some time to analyze God's word ... As Pastors we're called to aid those that the Lord puts in our paths through teaching  and discussing the definition of false doctrines.   Now when it comes to  1 Cor. 14:34-35, I've met hostile Brothers in Christ rudely say  that they don't embrace the concept that women should Ministry in ANY sense of the word in God's House.

Allow me to be clear, if God would have said women shouldn't be allowed to Ministry in His House, even if the flesh got upset, I'd Pray till I'm blue in the face and obey his word. Instead it was the Apostle Paul who made that bold statement in a letter written to Timothy, 1 Timothy 2:12. You see Paul was concerned the main biblical authority for prohibiting women from becoming ordained clergy, holding positions of ministry and/or having leadership in the Church.  Most churches now a days still deny women a vote in church affairs, teach adult Bible classes or serve as missionaries. That being said,  as Pastors my husband and I don't affirm this type of hypothesis in the Church God has called us to oversee. Thus, let's bury this one side concept  and study more the Bible. For the following biblical texts were made by the Apostle Paul and not by Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior ...

1 Corinthians 14:34-35 ~ the women should keep silent in the churches. For they are not permitted to speak, but should be in submission, as the Law also says. 35 If there is anything they desire to learn, let them ask their husbands at home. For it is shameful for a woman to speak in church.

I'll close this Biblical awakening with this last statement,  for those of you that don't know the Apostal Paul lived in a male dominated culture and  was also a Pharisees too ...

Greetings Body of Jesus Christ:

When your not convinced that the Biblical knowledge that someone is trying to convey to you is pleasing to the God's ears, instead you feel in the Spirit that it's only based on the hypothesis of the person that sharing it with you ... Don't think twice, go before the Lord in Prayer and ask him for this ... 

James 1:5 ~ If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask God, who gives generously to all without reproach, and it will be given him.

By seeking our Heavenly Father's guidance, you'll be able to help those reach a Biblical understanding, help the blind see and be the instrument that Jesus Christ uses to liberate that person from the pit fall of Bible Derailment ... For those that don't know the definition of this term here it is ...

Wedding Anniversary #24

We Praise the Lord for today, because 24 years. ago my GEM & I we're cleaning and decorating the Church, while at the same time looking into each others eyes ... During all of this love and happiness, my mother(who's now with the LORD) & her best friend Lucy(my second Mommy too) were preparing a festive 4 everyone 2 eat ... Due to the blissful fact that at 3:00 in the afternoon,where we Worshiped, Prayed and met 4 the first time. My GEM & I were no long going to be 2 hearts; because after we'd exchange Wedding Vows then Jesus Christ would be join us 4 life ... 

Genesis 2:24 ~Therefore a man shall leave his father and his mother and hold fast to his wife, and they shall become one flesh.

In the Shoes

What I'm about to say may sound unrealistic; however if you haven't walked in the shoes of someone who was once blind and now sees, it might be a bit difficult to swallow ... In spite of that, grant me the opportunity to testify anyway because theirs a lesson behind all of this? On account of, if it weren't for Jesus Christ transforming my life and teaching me the actual meaning of love and forgiveness ... I'm going to be honest, where would I be right now?  

Would I be married to such a loving Hubby, given birth to 4 sweet sons or be called to the Pastoral Ministry? Only God knows! Now everyone at one point of their life's has a tendency to question themselves ... No matter how I decorate it, words can't express how grateful I am that God's plans are always better, brighter and blossom more even during the heaviest storms. That being said, personal experiences has left this Bible verse stamped on my heart ...

Proverbs 3:6 ~ In all your ways acknowledge him and he will make straight your paths.

it's God's Army

A true leader comprehends when it's time to distinguish between listening to their troops or ignoring their advice ... It doesn't mean that their weak, losing control of those under their command and/or that the ship is about to sink ...  For someone that's ever been in the Army knows that everyone has someone they have to take orders from ... Now for those of us that have willingly enrolled in God's Army, we're well aware that the last word is left up to the BIG Guy in the Sky ...

I'd like to leave you with one more thought before I say good-bye ... Thus, don't allow the devil to trick you into believing that your replaceable or useless; because who the Lord calls he stands by till the end of time ... That being said Pastors, Ministries, Preachers and etc too ... I  strongly believe this ...  

Matthew 22:14 ~ For many are called, but few are chosen.

Stand Firm!

Allow me to suggest something this lovely Monday morning? Instead of yelling till your blue in the face or crying out your eyes till the next day, why don't you start to testify about the way Jesus Christ has added flavor to your life? Or have you forgotten the manner in which the LORD has birthed into your life's jaw-dropping curve balls that have made you fall to the floor in and left your flesh unconscious for days?

Now by doing this your showing the enemy that your not going to rest until your eyes see the Lord's blissfulness ... After you say this, in our Heavenly Father's due time you'll finally see God's divine purpose in your life ... All you have to do is believe with your heart and mind, not just with your mouth ... Read, study and believe in this ...

Hebrews 11:6 ~ And without faith it is impossible to please him, for whoever would draw near to God must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who seek him.

It Doesn't Register

I don't believe in passing the time: arguing, crying or messing with my family's minds. As for bellyaching about who's going to help me do some or all of  the house work, that's never the case either ... Instead I have an internal need to testify about how Jesus Christ continues to transform me for his Glory ...

Every where I go, you'll see me carrying a small notebook in one hand, a pen tucked behind my ear and the proud imagines of the 5 men of God that support my desire to write in my mind ... That's why I'm testifying to all the ladies to wait on the LORD for your soul-mates; because our Heavenly Father  is never late but always on time ... Thus, ponder this when those negative thoughts come  your way ...

Proverbs 3:5-6

5. Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding.

 6. In  all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths.

Don't Lose Hope

When one of your siblings or friends mentions to you that they believe that their destined or born to be alone ... Turn the other cheek and reply with a smile the following ...

1. Perhaps you haven't crossed paths with the girl or guy of your dreams yet ...
2. What the Lord started, he'll finish ...
3.  The preparations are already ordained on the day, time & location for that emotional and blissful encounter ...
4. Last but certainly not least, let them know that GOD has established this ...

Genesis 2:18 ~ Then the Lord GOD said, "It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him a helper fit for him.

Something 2 Ponder,

This is one of my favorite Bible verses and I'll tell you why ... Because as Sons and Daughters of Jesus Christ, Ministries of the Most High and Parents & Pals of the Leaders of Tomorrow ... Whatever we allow to come out of our mouths should leave a lesson behind it, impact the listeners in a special way and finally your mouth should be a fountain that pours out wisdom that Glorifies God everyday. Hallelujah ...

That's how souls are won for our Lord and Savior ...

2 Timothy 2:14 ~ Continue teaching these things, warning people in God's presence not to argue about words. It does not help anyone, and it ruins those who listen.

An Enriched Relationship

The essence to a healthy and long lasting relationship isn't obtained through exchanging expensive gifts or how many  debates are won in a day ... What does enrich a couple's relationship is that they set aside some time to Pray together so that the lines of communication continue to flow during good or bad times ... In addition, not being afraid to admit when your wrong, learn from past mistakes  and to really try to dismiss any bitterness that's been bottled up inside  ...

One last piece of advice in order to build a harmonious relationship is that both of  you never forget why you  fell in love in the first place ... I  offer these tips because of this ...

    

Proverbs 11:14 ~ Where there is no guidance, a people falls, but in an abundance of counselors there is safety.

Right Now

Can I offer you a recipe to help dull that pain that's keeping you up at night?  I hope and Pray that all of you said yes; because here I go any way ... Whether your predicament is strong, mild or feels like a slight pinch ... As Soldiers of the Most High, try not to allow the enemy to pull the sheet over your eyes and  enable you to see God's Surprise?

Instead increase your Prayer time, study the Lord's word more and please don't stop attending God's House. One more suggestion we're going to offer you during those stressful moments. It may sound hard to hear right now but it will benefit you in the long run. If  God told Moises to lift his rod over the sea so that the sea could divide and the Children of Israel could walk through, then your pain and misery is a hop, skip and jump for him .. Thus, try to do this ...  

Romans 5:3-4

3. Not only that, but we rejoice in our sufferings, knowing that suffering produces endurance, 4. and endurance produces character and character produces hope,

A Tuesday Morning Joke

Good Morning Everyone:

I just wanted to share a morning joke with each of you, so that you can start your Tuesday in a Jesus Joy kind of way ... That being said, listen up, grab your cup of coffee and please don't forget to move your newspaper to the side, this way when you start to roll in the aisle of your kitchen your newspaper doesn't get wet ... 

What I'm about to say is true,  I make serious coffee and it's so strong that it wakes up our neighbors; however the hysterical part of the joke is this ...  My GEM of a Hubby locks the front door so that nobody drops by; because if he doesn't then they'll stay until lunch time ... LOL and ponder this too  ... What I share with all of you isn't because I wish to show off and brag about my family or myself ... It's due to the fact that so many people wake up carrying last night's  baggage and it's nice to hear some good news instead of a sob story in morning ...

Luke 1:79 ~ To give light to those who sit in darkness and in the shadow of death, to guide our feet into the way of peace.

It Fits Me

Our kitchen looks like an office, papers scattered all over the place, laptops on all the time, magazines, books and especially 2 to 3 Bibles in English & Spanish surrounding us ... The only item that would bring completion to our work place, with a slice of order on the side ... Is called a shredder ... 

Can I share a juicy piece of news with all of you? When I least expected it my GEM of a Husband and our 4 Loving sons surprised me with a GIANT size shredder. I've already started to unwrap my Mother's Day presents ... LOL, but it fits me ... You see GOD answers our PRAYERS, not when we desire; but when he knows it's best for our Spiritual life's  ...

Thus don't stop doing this ... 

John 15:7 ~ If you abide in me, and my words abide in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be done for you.

If you have some type of ability or talent that makes the coldest day feel like you've won a long distance race, followed by eating 3 slices of chocolate and never gaining any weight ... Rejoice in It ... That's why I'm always believing and saying this  ...

My Hubby of 24 Blissful years as of next month, says that I have an on going and  unmistakable habit of: my face glowing, my eyes shining and my voice trembling every time I write whatever Jesus Christ puts in my heart ...  It's as if the pain I've ever experienced in the past was automatically erased ...

Before I sign off and say farewell, I'd like you to please  take some time to truly ponder what brightens your life, gives you peace of mind and connects you more to the Lord, than ever before ... Run   like mad and do it ... Furthermore don't forget this ...

Philippians 4:4 ~ Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say, Rejoice.

Guns Go ... POW!

Every time I turn on the television, sit down in the living room with my family and  watch the news, all we see now a days are people being killed by unlicensed guns ... It breaks my heart as a wife, mother, Pastor and concerned citizen to see the way siblings cry out in pain because they've lost a family member, friend or neighbor due to a senseless act ...

Church of Jesus Christ, care to join my family and me in Prayer so that those  futile disagreements don't result in burying a love one? If your on board with the previous question, let's start by doing this ...

  

1 Timothy 2:1 ~ First of all, then, I urge that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and thanksgivings be made for all people,

"Hobbies"

Hobbies are activities that bring pleasure to those who partake of them. It also helps people pass the time, release stress and just forget about their daily mess ... Now in my case, I definitely know that GOD has instilled in me this hobby of writing. I can't eat or go to bed until I've written what the Lord has spoken into my heart.  Furthermore, I can testify to all of you more than a  thousand times about how much I've felt the weight of this Ministry on my shoulders for more than 20 years in a touching, funny and Blissful way ... 

 When Jesus Christ inspires me to write, I can't do anything else but type ... I'm constantly thanking our Heavenly Father for joining me in wedlock with a GEM of a man that understands my gift ... The Holy Ghost has informed me numerous times that it's a source of healing for those far and near, in pain or need and finally for me too ... That's why I must obey what that BIG Man in the Sky has birthed into me; because through my writing I've discovered new methods of comforting those men, women and youths I don't know. Finally we all have some type of hobby that can be used for God's Glory ... Thus, don't sit around looking all down and depressed. Just start PRAYING  and he'll take care of the rest.  That's why the word of the Lord supports what I say with this Bible verse ...

Luke 6:31 ~ And as you wish that others would do to you, do so to them.

Good Morning Everyone:

If you would be so kind to pause for a few minutes while I testify(Hallelujah) to all of you on the definition of the word gratitude? First of all I'm grateful to be able to be called a Child of GOD, walk around, express to my siblings, friends & strangers all around the world about the way in which Jesus Christ has radically transformed my family's life's ...

From a kitchen full of tears, to a house overflowing in joyful laughter ... From feeling puzzled due to certain events that occurred in the past, to embracing better days due the constant praise  that we made to you oh Lord during those stormy days ... One more thing, I'm truly grateful for the tranquil and unanimousness manner in which my GEM of a Husband of 23 years & 10 months, our 4 Diamond sons(2 in high school & 2 in college) and I(a women who became extremely ill every time I was about to give birth) always say in an unaious way ... That the Lord is always on time, every time in our life's. Furthermore, we're doing what the Bible says ...

  2 Thessalonians 2:15 ~ So then, brothers, stand firm and hold to the traditions that you were taught by us, either by our spoken word or by our letter.

An Added Twist,

In every household parents have the GOD given responsibility to instill rules, chores and teach their Tokens of Love(their kids) on how to handle themselves in a respectful kind of way. The same goes in our household; however we've added a twist to it and it goes like this ...

Every chance we get, we rush to discuss with our 4 Diamond sons what the Bible says regarding whatever comes out of a their mouths. For example, words have power for good or evil; thus we must value whatever we say. That's why we agree with this ...

And those who love it will eat its fruit.
